1. Definitions and Interpretation

3.2 Account Activity

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

6.1 Bonus Terms

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, identity theft, or any form of deceptive conduct.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account per person, household, IP address, or device.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantages or manipulate game outcomes.

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting differences in odds or technical delays to guarantee profits.

• Under age Gaming: Allowing minors access to your Account or facilitating underage gambling in any way.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks after deposits have been used for gaming.
• Exploiting Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software errors, game malfunctions, or incorrect odds.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While gbingo strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. gbingo shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

8.2 Third-Party Services

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbingo's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gbingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by Player

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting gbingo customer support. Upon termination:

• All pending bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited.
• You must withdraw any remaining real money balance before Account closure.
• Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements or active investigations cannot be closed until resolution.

10.2 Termination by gbingo

gbingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

• Your Account remains inactive for an extended period.

Upon termination by gbingo, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to gbingo. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

11. Amendments to Terms

gbingo reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of gbingo services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

If you do not agree with amended terms, you must cease using gbingo services and close your Account in accordance with the termination procedures outlined above.
